The shipping time for all Stefani products, i.e. the time for preparing the order and the time for dropping the order off at the delivery service, will be between 2 and 4 working days, in France and Europe.
Delivery to France :
Delivery of Stéfani filtered water fountains and accessories is completely free for France, we used 2 delivery services :
- La Poste or Colissimo for home deliveries only. In France, Colissimo products guarantee your package will be delivered within 48 business hours.
- Mondial Relay for deliveries to Relay Points. Mondial Relay will make every effort to deliver packages within an average of 3 working days from the date of collection for delivery to a Relay Point.
Delivery to Europe (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal) :
Delivery of Stéfani filtered water fountains and accessories is completely paying for Europe we used 2 delivery services :
- La Poste or Colissimo for deliveries of large packages such as Stéfani filtered water fountains.
- In Europe, allow 3 to 4 days for most countries such as Germany, Italy and Spain.
Additional charge when purchasing for delivery : €7.99
- Mondial Relay for home or relay point deliveries, for deliveries of accessories for Stéfani water filters such as filter cartridges, anti-overflow valves or our Stéfani faucets.
- For international deliveries to a Relay Point or to your home, Mondial Relay will make every effort to deliver packages within an average of 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.

Problem with delivery :
For Colissimo delivery with signature, if you notice any damage to the packaging of the parcel, you must either refuse it or accept it but express a reservation and ask the delivery person to note your observation.
From the time of delivery, you have two hours to :
- Check the suitability of the contents of the package for your order
- Check the integrity of the goods
- Inform our customer service by email using the contact form in the event of an anomaly.
